If the vault still opens, preserve that working access and follow its documented recovery and backup options; if it does not, a purchase receipt cannot replace the missing secret.

Preserve existing data while you determine the supported path. Clearing app storage or reinstalling can remove a surviving local copy. A third-party service promising to recover every encrypted vault should not receive your private files or guessed recovery words.
If access still works
Use non-sensitive material to learn the backup workflow, then arrange a recoverable copy through the app's documented controls. If you export readable files to preserve them, protect that destination as a separate archive. Do not leave the sole copy of a recovery credential inside the vault it opens.
